Service Agreement

1. What you're getting

CQ Marketing will design and build the website and features included in the tier you select at checkout. Your one-time build fee is the amount shown at checkout, including any active introductory rate for that tier.

Your site is designed to be clear, mobile-friendly, and easy for your customers to use.

2. Hosting, maintenance, and updates

Hosting and maintenance are required to keep your site online, secure, and up to date. The rate and billing schedule for your chosen tier are shown at checkout: Website is $49/month or $420/year ($35/month paid annually); Website + Lead & Booking Notifications is $79/month or $780/year ($65/month paid annually); CQ Command is $99/month or $1,020/year ($85/month paid annually). An introductory rate discounts only the one-time build fee, not maintenance or features.

The monthly plan includes up to 3 change requests per month. A change request can be an update to text, photos, hours, prices — or adding a blog post to your site. Just send us what you want changed.

Unused requests don't roll over to the next month. Larger projects are quoted separately.

3. Timeline

After your kickoff call and once we've received your content (text, photos, logo, and any other materials), your website will be ready to go live within one week.

Delays in receiving content or feedback may extend the timeline.

4. Your domain

Your domain name (like yourbusiness.com) is not included in the service and remains yours. You can register and keep it with any provider you like, and we'll help you point it to your new website.

If you don't have a domain yet, we can help you get one or set you up on a web address you can use right away.

5. Cancellation and refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with your website, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the one-time build fee you actually paid in full.

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing dc@cqmktg.com. When you cancel, your site stays online until the end of the paid month, and no further monthly charges are made.

Monthly hosting and maintenance charges are non-refundable, including the month in progress.

6. What we ask of you

Provide accurate information and content for your website, and confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, or logos you send us.

Keep your payment method up to date so hosting continues without interruption. If a payment fails and isn't resolved, the site may be taken offline until the balance is settled.
