Service Agreement

1. What you're getting

CQ Marketing will design and build a custom website for your business — up to 3 pages, including a contact form — for a one-time fee of $995, paid when you sign up.

Your site is designed to be clear, mobile-friendly, and easy for your customers to use.

2. Hosting, maintenance, and updates

Hosting and maintenance cost $30 per month, billed automatically to the card you used at signup, starting 30 days after your purchase. This is a required part of the service — it keeps your site online, secure, and up to date.

The monthly plan includes one content update per month. An update can be a change to text, photos, hours, prices — or adding a blog post to your site. Just send us what you want changed.

Unused updates do not roll over to the next month.

3. Timeline

After your kickoff call and once we've received your content (text, photos, logo, and any other materials), your website will be ready to go live within one week.

Delays in receiving content or feedback may extend the timeline.

4. Your domain

Your domain name (like yourbusiness.com) is not included in the service and remains yours. You can register and keep it with any provider you like, and we'll help you point it to your new website.

If you don't have a domain yet, we can help you get one or set you up on a web address you can use right away.

5. Cancellation and refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with your website, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the one-time $995 build fee in full.

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing dc@castellanoquality.com. When you cancel, your site stays online until the end of the paid month, and no further monthly charges are made.

Monthly hosting and maintenance charges are non-refundable, including the month in progress.

6. What we ask of you

Provide accurate information and content for your website, and confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, or logos you send us.

Keep your payment method up to date so hosting continues without interruption. If a payment fails and isn't resolved, the site may be taken offline until the balance is settled.
